Build up my 48.

The very first picture when I bought 48 from first owner.
(He didn't change almost nothing except an exhaust muffler)

48 is already has nice features as it came out from factory but..
I wanted to build up what I like just like I did before with my old Nightster.

Big brother Tony and Jun Garage team helped me out a lot for all of these works.

Changed the tire with Firestone 500-16 champion one which is thickest fat tire in vintage Firestone categories.

I was thinking about so many different colors and signs but once again, same matt black color and old school tattoo style star with gloss black (It means compass). Same works for front and rear fender but no star mark on it.

I used to use half-ape bar so I wanted to use T-bar for this time.
Tony suggested Rabbit-bar or beach-bar but maybe later... not for this black bike.

48 is basically solo seat but ordered this seat for my wife.

Vans exhaust and 6" air cleaner. Moved up step little bit to middle.

Gotta stop here for the first build up.

Well, Comparing with my old Nightster, I prefer the build up work for 48. Maybe It because of that I always wanted to have 48 but even quality of paint work is better and the way of its look in all black.

There are so many different style and things for build up but for now, I think it is good enough for mine. Let's ride!

First surfing in 2013.

Since I am working on weekdays, It's not easy to go out for surfing when there's waves.
But last sunday, finally I could have a perfect timing for first surfing in 2013.

Waves were not too high and broke not too fast. It was good.

Whenever I go out for surfing, taking some pictures are not easy because of wet hands and security problem (who's gonna take care of my camera after I went inside to the sea?). It might be not good enough but it will update more when weather gets warmer and also having more chances to do this.
